Terms of Sale
Last updated 25 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to all purchases made on www.teemarclub.com from Fatima Fathe Saleh, Neumarktstrasse 29, 2503 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, trading as The Teemar Club ("Teemar"): the Mail Club subscription, physical products, and event tickets. Contrary terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Contract
The presentation of products and events on the website is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment in the checkout and Teemar confirms your order (on screen and, where possible, by email). For events with limited places, your place is reserved once payment is completed.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in CHF and are final prices; VAT is not charged because the seller is not VAT-registered. Payment is made online via Stripe by TWINT or credit/debit card. Payment data is processed by Stripe; Teemar does not store your card details.
4. Mail Club subscription
- The Mail Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Price: CHF 7 per month through October 2026 and CHF 10 per month from November 2026. Any further price change will be announced by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
- No minimum term. To stop the next edition, cancel before the 10th of the month. Cancellations received on or after the 10th take effect the following month. See the Mail Club Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
- Delivery is by post to the address you provide. Please tell us promptly if your address changes.
5. Physical products
Delivery is made by post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times and any shipping costs are shown before you pay. At present only the Mail Club and event tickets are on sale; the planner, the card game and merchandise are announced first to the Mail Club, and their shipping and returns terms are published here before they go on sale.
The statutory warranty for defects applies to physical products.
6. Event tickets
A ticket entitles the named person to attend the event. Cancellation, refund and transfer are governed by the Event Refund & Cancellation Policy. If Teemar cancels or postpones an event, the refund or transfer rules in that policy apply.
7. Right of withdrawal
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Teemar nonetheless offers the refund terms in its policies as a goodwill arrangement.
8. Liability
Teemar is liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Liability for slight negligence and for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory mandatory liability and warranty rights remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide for another place of jurisdiction.
11. Changes
Teemar may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
