Event Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by attendees
- Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours before the event.
- No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the event, or for no-shows.
- Ticket transfers to another person are allowed free of charge up until the event start, by informing Teemar via email or Instagram DM.
Cancellations by Teemar
If Teemar cancels or postpones an event, attendees receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.
In case of postponement, attendees will be notified at least 72 hours in advance where possible.
Free events
No refund applicable; a released spot may be reassigned to someone on a waitlist, if one exists.
